 This is where we all meet up together as a whole CU every Wednesday evening. Here we are challenged, encouraged and equiped to go out and be witnesses for Christ. We have wonderful speakers from far and near to help us learn how God's Word applies to us as students. Committing things that are going on to God in prayer and worshipping God in singing are integral parts of the meeting too. It's a great time to catch up with what's going on in CU and on our campus - praise God for it! These meetings will focus on building up those who already have faith but (like all of our events) the Gospel will be clearly presented. By all means everyone is welcome but these meetings are aimed more at CU members. To help us make the most out of Equip, Beat Berea helps us to know and understand what God says in His Word. At the end of every Equip meeting there will be the opportunity to browse the bookstall and lending library.  Twice a term our meetings will shift emphasis and become specifically evangelistic. These meetings will deal with issues that apply directly to non-Christians and we will try to make them a place where people can feel safe to come and explore more about the Good News of Jesus. Another great chance to get to know others in the CU, be impassioned by the Gospel and to receive from God. |
