Action Groups
Action Groups are one of the ways we can share the life changing news of salvation through Christ with our campus. God has commissioned us to share this news (Matt 28:18-20) and it’s an urgent task. But how can people come to know God if they never hear about Him? (Rom 10:13-14)
An Action Group starts of with a short time of prayer and bible study. For the next 45 minutes or so we go out onto campus in pairs and engage people in conversations about spiritual beliefs and Jesus. At the end we meet back together for some feedback and prayer.
You don’t have to be a ‘good evangelist’ to do Action Groups. We learn and improve through practice so this is a great opportunity to get comfortable with sharing your faith. The purpose of Action Groups is just to faithfully and lovingly proclaim the gospel on campus, so that people may hear this wonderful news and have the chance to respond.
Action groups take place on Friday at 2:05pm in the Chaplaincy. Further times are currently being determined - if you're interested fill in the form to say when you're available:
