» 5.20

"We are therefore Christ's ambassadors, as though God were making his appeal through us. We implore you on Christ's behalf: Be reconciled to God." - 2 Corinthians 5.20 (NIV)

5.20 groups are small groups run by the CU, meeting on campus each week.

Based on this verse, our 5.20 groups give us the unique opportunity to study the Bible, pray together, and reach out with God's love to our halls and campus. It's an amazing privilege to know that God has given us this unique opportunity to spend a year (at least) in halls of residence and 5.20 is one way that God has chosen to work through us and in us at Warwick University. We are all individuals from different denominations, backgrounds and walks of life.

5.20s aim to build community with one another, as we encourage each other in personal witness, and support each other in prayer. It's easy to feel lost in CU main meeting but 5.20 is a fantastic place to get to know people who soon become great friends.

There are 5.20 groups which meet in every residence on campus, and consist of about 10 students from freshers to finalists to postgrads and everything in between! Different hall groups meet on different days so please get in contact with Jon David if you can't make the day that your group is currently meeting.
