5:20 Groups
5:20 groups are a slice of the CU pie. They meet on campus each week during termtime. The 5:20 groups are based around the halls of residence, so ensure people can find out about Jesus even if they never leave their accommodation building. Students who have left halls normally keep on going to 5:20 to share their experiences, help with events, encourage each other in off-campus evangelism and to study the bible.
Even if you've never lived on halls, joining a 5:20 group is a great way to build community with one another. It's easy to feel lost in CU main meetings, but 5:20 is a fantastic place to get to know people who soon become great friends.
There are 5:20 groups which meet in every residence on campus, and consist of about 15 students from freshers to finalists to postgrads and everything in between! Different hall groups meet on different days so please get in contact with Twiga or fill in the form below to find out when groups meet.
